Pokemon has unveiled a new official collaboration with Starbucks Japan, which will launch several goodies and a themed drink starting September 30. Pokemon is no stranger to crossovers with popular brands, and 2026 has been particularly filled with unique releases to commemorate the game’s 30th anniversary.
Pokemon Reveals New Merchandise With Starbucks Japan
Starbucks and Pokemon have announced a limited collaboration launching on September 30, 2026, across Japan. The exclusive merchandise will feature 41 different items ranging from mugs, tumblers, aprons, stickers, keychains, and even coffee-making tools. These goodies feature various illustrations by artist Hikaru Ichijo showing off Pikachu, Eevee, and the Kanto Gen 1 Starters in daily-life situations. A limited Pikachu-themed Honey Cream latte will also be available and comes with a special sticker. While the Pikachu drink will be sold exclusively in stores, the merchandise line will be available on Starbucks Japan’s website. Pokemon has not confirmed whether the collaboration will expand to other regions in the future.
