Steam users can currently claim free Keys for 8 games (including a 10/10 masterpiece and a handful of other titles), as long as they claim them before November 2. Steam users have a full month to do so, obviously, but time flies when free PC games are waiting to be claimed. In other words, Steam users should be sure to pick up these titles before they no longer have the option.
It’s worth noting that, for these specific games, Steam users will need a membership with Humble Bundle for access to the free Humble Choice games. The first Tuesday of every month, Humble rotates a selection of free games as an added benefit to the core paid features, ranging from access to the Humble Vault and Special Membership deals to charity contributions. In general, it’s a solid way for gamers to save money every month and still get plenty of games to play, alongside the paid expanded access to Humble.

Headlining the Humble Choice Games for October 2026 is a trio of games: Psychonauts 2, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, and Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, a fitting follow-up to when Humble Choice gave out Steam Keys of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth for free in August 2026. This spin-off title gives Goro Majima a pirate adventure in Hawaii and leans heavily into the zaniness of the franchise. Beyond that, fans can pick up Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, Cataclismo, Dungeons and Degenerate Gamblers, Asgard’s Fall: Viking Survivors, and Toy Shire.
Find the odd one out before the timer hits zero.
Psychonauts 2 is a fantastic 10/10 platform-adventure game masterpiece from 2021, picking up the franchise after a decade+ wait. Its Steam Key alone justifies membership, well beyond its core values, and it’s joined by several other great games. It’s worth noting that this timing may or may not be a coincidence, as Double Fine Productions works to stabilize after stepping away from its status as an Xbox studio. Overall, if someone hasn’t played Psychonauts or a Double Fine game, it’s impossible to go wrong with Psychonauts 2.
Meanwhile, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown balances out the zaniness of Like a Dragon with the more humorous gameplay of Psychonauts 2. It’s an instant classic Metroidvania game and easily one of the best Ubisoft games in recent years, so this trio alone is hard to pass up.
