One of the rarest and most sought-after Pokemon TCG products of the last few years is finally back and at a great price, but fans have to be very quick. It is no secret that Pokemon TCG has been plagued by scalpers for a long time now, to the point that some fans never get the chance to buy some of the new or most popular products, or even sets as a whole. The fight against scalping has taken many forms over time, such as limiting the number of booster packs and products every customer can buy.
Not only that, but then some of the best pulls in each set also end up for sale at eye-watering prices due to the massive demand and, again, scalpers. An example is how the incredibly rare and popular SIR (secret illustration rare) of Umbreon from the Pokemon TCG Prismatic Evolutions set was being sold for over $3,000 on launch. Now, fans can get their hands on Prismatic Evolutions again, and under market price — but they have to be fast.

Pokemon TCG’s Prismatic Evolutions ETB is Back in Stock Under Market Price
Pokemon TCG‘s Prismatic Evolutions ETB has long been one of the most popular and hardest-to-find products from the set’s lineup, and it’s back in stock on Amazon under market price. According to TCGPlayer.com, the market price for this item is around $205-210, and most of these ETBs on eBay are also priced over $205. On Amazon, instead, the ETB is set at $182.55, which is way underpriced compared to the average listings. Of course, there are listings for cheaper on both TCGPlayer and eBay, but it may be harder to lock in a good price overall with shipping and from trustworthy sellers. As such, the Amazon deal is one of the best on the market for the Prismatic Evolutions ETB, but the catch is that it will likely sell out fast, and fans who want one or two need to act even faster.

On launch, Pokemon TCG‘s Prismatic Evolutions set sold out very fast and forced The Pokemon Company to release a statement and speed up reprints in order to resupply it as quickly as possible. The reprints did help, but they were not enough. Case in point, after all this time, the ETB is still going for well over $200, when its MSRP was just $49.99 when it came out.
The price on Amazon is still far from great compared to the MSRP, but considering the average market price for this item, it’s still a very good deal. It’s worth noting that this is not the Pokemon Center variant, which includes two more booster packs for a total of 11 compared to the original’s nine. Newer sets don’t have it easier, though. The newly revealed Pokemon TCG 30th Celebration set is likely to be scalped just as much as Prismatic Evolutions.
Pokemon TCG‘s upcoming Mega Rayquaza set is also a likely target for scalpers, seeing how popular the Pokemon is. Not only that, but the set may be accompanied by LEGO Pokemon‘s coolest set yet, featuring Rayquaza as seen in the Delta Episode of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
