Between expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, and kits, over 100 pieces of DLC have been created for The Sims 4. In 2025, employees reported that EA was pushing them to use artificial intelligence to create code, make concept art, and more in order to increase efficiency. If this is true, players should expect to hear about Project X sooner, as the project won’t take half as long as it would without AI.
