TP-Link Drops Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router to Record Low Price to Compete With eero, Covers up to 2,400 Sq. ft and 90 Devices

The TP-Link Archer BE6500 is a compact Wi-Fi 7 router that replaces your old one, delivering higher speeds and smart features in one box. This new router has dual Wi-Fi 7 frequency bands that combine for speeds up to 6.5 Gbps. Plus, with six external antennas and a quad-core processor, it will never experience a traffic jam. It also has Beamforming technology, which will direct all signals to your devices rather than wasting them on empty space.

You can buy the TP-Link Archer BE6500 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router on Amazon now for $150, $30 off the original $180 price.

A powerful router to bolster your internet connectivity

The Wi-Fi 7 features on the BE6500 are designed to improve the overall performance of your internet service plan. Multi-link operation allows data to be transmitted across multiple bands simultaneously. The router is compatible with older wireless technology, but compatible Wi-Fi 7 devices will see improved performance and reduced congestion.

This router can cover a much larger area and handle more bandwidth. It transmits up to 2400 sq ft and supports up to 90 devices. Smartphones, tablets, TVs, smart home equipment, etc., can all be connected to the network and still maintain strong connections with minimal performance degradation.

To handle demanding hardware and protect your network, the TP-Link Archer BE6500 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router offers many additional wired and security features. Two 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports are available for fast wired networks, and additional gigabit Ethernet ports can be used to connect game consoles, media players, and older computers. There is also a USB 3.0 port that can be used to share an external hard drive and provide access to shared content. Additional security features include TP-Link HomeShield, which offers parental controls and threat monitoring, a private IoT network that can isolate smart plugs, cameras, and sensors, and VPN support for devices to connect remotely.

Using either the TP-Link Tether app or a web browser, you can manage the setup and ongoing configuration of the TP-Link Archer BE6500 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router. Setup is simple and can be completed by simply naming your network, setting a password, and getting online. Once online, you can view all connected devices and easily create a guest network with just a few clicks. Additionally, the BE6500 supports EasyMesh, making it easy to expand your network’s coverage with compatible extenders and to add coverage to different areas of your home without needing to use a different SSID.

For $150, on sale from the regular retail price of $180, the TP-Link Archer BE6500 router delivers Wi-Fi 7 speeds, extensive coverage, multi-gigabit wired ports, and app-based management in a single upgrade to take your crowded home network to the next level.
