Triple-I Initiative Showcase 2026: Start Time, How To Watch, And What To Expect

Over the last couple of years, the Triple-I Initiative has established itself as a showcase that’s worth keeping an eye on. While bigger events like the Xbox Developer Direct, Sony’s State of Play livestreams, and Geoff Keighley’s various shows shine a light on mostly bigger games, the Triple-I Initiative does a great job in highlighting a curated collection of titles from smaller studios and presenting them in an easily digestible format.

Back for its third year, you can catch almost an hour of reveals, world premieres, and updates for upcoming games today. Here’s when and how you can tune in for the livestream.

How to watch the Triple-I Initiative Showcase 2026

Like previous Triple-I broadcasts, you can catch this one through several streaming services. GameSpot will also be livestreaming the event, and we’ve embedded the video for you above.

Triple-I Initiative Showcase 2026 start time

Running for roughly 45 minutes, the Triple-I Initiative Showcase 2026 kicks off on April 9 at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET. For anyone tuning in from outside of the US, you can watch the show at the following times:

  • 9 AM PT
  • 12 PM ET
  • 1 PM BRT
  • 5 PM BST
  • 6 PM CEST
  • 1 AM JST (April 10)
  • 2 AM AET (April 10)

What to expect

Today’s livestream will feature a whopping 40 games on show, and eight of them will be world premieres. You can expect a few surprises today, but for confirmed games, we already know that there’ll be new announcements from Risk of Rain 2 developer Hopoo Games, a new look at open-world pirate simulator Windrose, and Dead as Disco will be delivering the greatest hits to the faces of unfortunate goons. Evil Empire has also confirmed that it’ll be showing off more of Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, and there’ll be new reveals from 1000xResist developer Sunset Visitor and Buckshot Roulette creator Mike Klubnika.

Once the livestream ends, you can also stick around for individual deep dives and interviews with various teams.
