EA Sports FC 26 is now available on Xbox Game Pass, having joined two of its tiers. The 15th addition to the service since the start of June 2026, this Xbox Game Pass title arrives just in time for the latest FIFA World Cup.
Electronic Arts has been bringing its soccer sim titles to Microsoft’s subscription service for years now, since it was still publishing them under the FIFA license. For instance, EA Sports FC 25 debuted on Xbox Game Pass in June 2025, and its sequel has now followed suit a year later.

Xbox Game Pass still has a lot left to offer fans in June 2026, with the service getting even more games in the second half of the month.
EA Sports FC 26 Joins Xbox Game Pass Tiers After Receiving Free World Cup DLC
As of June 18, EA’s latest football sim is available on two tiers of the service: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Though it is not a day-one catalog addition, the fact it is technically part of the EA Play catalog means EA Sports FC 26 is not expected to ever join the XGP Premium library. The soccer sim arrives on the service in time to capitalize on the latest FIFA World Cup, which kicked off on June 11 and is being jointly hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In early June, EA Sports FC 26 also received a 2026 World Cup DLC pack that Xbox Game Pass users can now access at no additional cost.
Microsoft’s subscription service currently has one other high-profile option for subscribers experiencing soccer fever: Football Manager 26. The latest entry in Sports Interactive’s long-running management sim series has been available on Xbox Game Pass since its November 2025 launch. Unlike EA Sports FC 26, Football Manager 26 can also be played with a Premium-level subscription, having originally joined the middle tier of Microsoft’s service in April 2026.

The second half of June 2026 is somewhat lighter on Xbox Game Pass releases compared with the first. Only two more titles are currently scheduled to join Microsoft’s catalog before the end of the month: co-op first-person roguelite Abyssus on June 25 and day-one friendslop game RV There Yet? on June 30. This slower pace is not unusual for June, as the service often sees fewer additions in early summer.

Looking ahead, eight titles are leaving Xbox Game Pass on June 30, including Rise of the Tomb Raider and Payday 2. The service currently has three confirmed new releases for July 2026, two of which—Ascend to Zero and Halo: Campaign Evolved—are of the day-one variety.
