Chaotic multiplayer brawler Mad Streets and one other title with “Very Positive” player reviews are due to leave Xbox Game Pass later today. The upcoming departures will officially conclude this month’s catalog rotation, bringing the total number of March 2026 Xbox Game Pass departures to eight.
Microsoft’s subscription service has undergone five regular catalog departure waves since the start of the year. It lost 12 titles in January and another five in February 2026. The most recent wave came on March 15, when Xbox Game Pass lost six more titles, including roguelite He is Coming, early-access farming sim Lightyear Frontier, and story-driven exploration adventure Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island. These regular, biweekly departures are set to continue later today with two additional removals.
Xbox Game Pass Game Getting $40 of Extra Content for Free
An Xbox Game Pass staple that’s available on every tier of the service, including Essential, is getting $40 worth of extra content in spring 2026.
Xbox Game Pass Is About to Lose Its 25th Title in 2026
The March 31 Xbox Game Pass departures consist of Peppa Pig: World Adventures and Mad Streets, two colorful titles with “Very Positive” player reviews on Steam and above-average ratings on the Xbox Store. Both are expected to remain playable until around midnight, local time, on April 1. Tenacious achievement hunters still have enough time to boost their Gamerscore totals with Mad Streets and Craftshop’s Peppa Pig tie-in, as crowdsourced data suggests neither title takes more than a couple of hours to beat.

From a catalog diversity perspective, Mad Streets is the more notable loss from the next outgoing wave. Even though the Xbox Game Pass library currently spans over 540 titles, barely a couple dozen of them offer co-op. As a brawling-centric party game, Mad Streets is not only part of that group but manages to stand out even among its select few peers on account of supporting multiplayer sessions for up to four players. It has therefore had a tangible effect on Microsoft’s ever-rotating content library ever since it joined Xbox Game Pass in October 2024.
Xbox Game Pass Games Leaving Today, March 31, 2026
By comparison, Xbox Game Pass is much better equipped to absorb the loss of a single kid-friendly side-scroller in the vein of Peppa Pig: World Adventures, as its catalog is filled to the brim with viable alternatives. Nevertheless, this particular removal may still disappoint some young fans and parents due to its relatively short stay on the service. The 2023 Peppa Pig adventure was originally added to Xbox Game Pass in late September 2025, meaning it’s now leaving the platform after only six months and six days, well below the average catalog stint.

Between the March 15 departures and the late-March exits, Xbox Game Pass lost a total of eight titles over the course of the month. However, it offset those losses and added more, ending the month with six more arrivals than removals. The year-over-year net gain is even more pronounced, amounting to a +14 difference compared to March 2025.
Looking at the immediate future, the Xbox Game Pass lineup for April 2026 is unusually well-defined ahead of its official Wave 1 announcement, which isn’t expected for another week. In the meantime, seven new titles have already been confirmed for this month, beginning with peaceful adventure Barbie Horse Trails on April 2 and ending on April 28 with Aphelion, Don’t Nod’s day-one action adventure promising an icy sci-fi setting, stealth, parkour, exploration, and plenty of tense scenes reminiscent of Alien: Isolation in both vibes and mechanics.
