The Xbox Game Pass Wave 1 lineup for March 2026 is now official, with Microsoft revealing it in its usual first-Tuesday-of-the-month slot. The newly announced roster consists of five new arrivals headlined by one of the most successful single-player RPGs in recent history, as well as two expanded releases that are coming to the Premium tier of Xbox Game Pass after already spending some time on Ultimate.
Even before the new content wave was announced, Microsoft’s subscription service kicked off this month’s game offerings earlier today, March 3, when Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and Final Fantasy 3 Pixel Remaster joined Xbox Game Pass for the first time ever. Both of those debuts were originally confirmed as part of the February 2026 Wave 2 roster announcement.

Cyberpunk 2077 Headed to Xbox Game Pass After More Than Five Years
Microsoft announced the next Xbox Game Pass release wave in the early morning ET on March 3, continuing the trend of such reveals falling on the first Tuesday of a given month—a pattern that hasn’t been broken since June 2025. The roster contains five brand-new additions to the company’s content catalog: EA Sports F1 25, Planet of Lana 2: Children of the Leaf, Construction Simulator, Cyberpunk 2077, and DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse: Ready to Party. Despite having a rough launch in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 is still among the best-selling games of the decade five years later. It is also by far the most commercially successful title from the newly outlined content wave.

Of the five upcoming arrivals, three will be added to the Xbox Game Pass Premium library alongside the PC Game Pass and Ultimate-tier catalogs. Premium subscribers also have two expanded releases to look forward to in the days ahead: To a T arrives on March 4, with Hollow Knight: Silksong scheduled to follow suit eight days later. To a T was originally added to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in May 2025, four months ahead of Silksong. Both were day-one releases, which were excluded from the list of Premium benefits ever since Microsoft introduced the middle tier of its service, then called Xbox Game Pass Standard, in September 2024.

The only previously confirmed title from the March 2026 Wave 1 lineup is Planet of Lana 2: Children of the Leaf, which locked down its release date back in February 2026 after already committing to a day-one Xbox Game Pass launch in June 2025. Microsoft’s announcement nonetheless disclosed one additional detail about the upcoming puzzle platformer, confirming it is optimized and rated suitable for the ROG Xbox Ally line and similar handheld PCs. Not even this tidbit may surprise the most attentive of fans, as Planet of Lana 2 has been carrying the “Steam Deck Verified” badge on Valve’s storefront for months now.
