UFC 6 Release Date Leaked

A new rumor has claimed that EA Sports UFC 6 will be released on June 19, 2026. EA Sports UFC 6 will be the first new entry in the MMA video game series since October 2023 and will reportedly launch initially on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S followed by a PC port later in the year.

Following the closure of THQ back in the early 2010s, EA made a deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championship to start producing games under the organization’s banner. The first game produced under this partnership was 2014’s EA Sports UFC, a title that received a somewhat mixed reception from critics. A sequel released two years later, and while it was received slightly better than the series’ debut title, its scores didn’t come close to those attributed to THQ’s UFC Undisputed series. Three more EA Sports UFC games were released in the following seven years, with the most recent entry, EA Sports UFC 5, launching in October 2023. This latest entry received a much stronger critical reception than most of its predecessors, with it earning a Top Critic Average of 79 on OpenCritic.

EA Sports UFC 6 Could Launch on June 19

All the way back in October 2024, Insider Gaming’s Mike Straw claimed that EA Sports UFC 6 was in full production, and that it had a planned release date of 2025. Obviously, EA Sports UFC 6 wouldn’t hit that rumored 2025 release window, and any official information on the game has been virtually nonexistent in the time since.

Flash forward to April 15, 2026, and Mike Straw makes a Twitter post listing all of the leaked UFC 6 details he’s been told in recent months. Straw claimed that the game will be revealed “Before the end of May,” that it will release in “Summer,” and that it will initially launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S with a PC port planned to release potentially in the fall.

A new report from Dealabs’ billbil-kun seems to agree with Straw’s recent claims, at least for the most part. On April 26, billbil-kun reported that EA Sports UFC 6 will release on June 19, 2026 for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. They also claimed that a PC version is in development, but that it’s currently unclear when it will launch. billbil-kun is also unsure if any deluxe editions of the game will offer an early access period. While these claims fall in line with Mike Straw’s, billbil-kun’s recent report states that EA Sports UFC 6 will be revealed by the end of April, not May.

Shortly after this Dealabs report was published, Insider Gaming picked up the story and stated that it has confirmed this new June 19 release date rumor with its own sources. That said, any and all leaks should always be taken with a pinch of salt, especially when those leaks are related to something as notoriously changeable as release dates. If billbil-kun’s information is correct, however, fans won’t have to wait long before EA Sports UFC 6 is revealed in an official capacity.
