A gamer who got their hands on Forza Horizon 6 early has reportedly been banned from the title for almost 8,000 years after modding the game file. Forza Horizon 6 officially comes out next week, but a major leak has allowed some gamers to jump in on the action ahead of its launch.

155GB of Forza Horizon 6 leaked online recently after dataminers were able to access the game file early. Playground Games accidentally left the data exposed while preloading files into a Steam update. This led to a few gamers being able to access parts of the game early, with some even going so far as to mod their findings. However, it looks like modding the pirated version of the game is a terrible idea, as it has allegedly left one player with a massive ban that is going to take lifetimes to get lifted.

This image hasn’t been fully confirmed, so it should be taken with a grain of salt. However, gamers have been hit with long bans in the past for similar reasons, so it’s not impossible. Forza Horizon 6‘s release date is only a few days away at this point, but there are a few gamers who simply couldn’t wait to check it out.

The banned player allegedly tried to mod Forza Horizon 6 with cheats, which is what initiated the harsh ban.
