Xbox Game Pass Confirms 10 Games Coming Soon, Including Some Heavy Hitters

Microsoft has officially pulled the curtain back on 10 new games coming to Xbox Game Pass in the very near future. Xbox Game Pass subscribers are treated to new games on a regular basis, and while 2026 has gotten off to a slow start for the service, things are about to pick up big time.

The Xbox Game Pass January 2026 Wave 1 lineup just concluded with the addition of day one game MIO: Memories in Orbit, a stylish Metroidvania that has earned mostly positive reviews, and Resident Evil Village, a first-person survival-horror game from Capcom and the immediate predecessor to the upcoming Resident Evil Requiem. Now that the Game Pass Wave 1 games are all present and accounted for, it’s time to look at what’s next for the service.

Best Multiplayer Games On Xbox Game Pass

Xbox Game Pass features a trove of multiplayer titles, both competitive and co-op. These are the best of them.

On January 21, Xbox Game Pass subscribers can look forward to the addition of Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, RoadCraft on PC, and Ninja Gaiden Ragebound. The Talos Principle 2 will be coming on January 27, followed by Anno: Mutationem and Drop Duchy on January 28. January 29 will see the debuts of MySims: Cozy Bundle on PC and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 on the cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X. Microsoft also used the latest Game Pass announcement to confirm two games for February 2026 in the form of Indika on February 2 and Final Fantasy 2 on February 3.

All the new Xbox Game Pass games coming soon will be available across PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate. Most will also be available on Game Pass Premium, except for MySims: Cozy Bundle and Indika.

List of Xbox Game Pass Games Coming Soon

  • Death Stranding: Director’s Cut (Cloud/PC/Xbox Series X) – January 21
  • RoadCraft (PC) – January 21
  • Ninja Gaiden Ragebound (Cloud/PC/Xbox Series X) – January 21
  • The Talos Principle 2 (PC/Xbox Series X) – January 27
  • Drop Duchy (Cloud/PC/Consoles) – January 28
  • MySims: Cozy Bundle (PC) – January 29
  • Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 (Cloud/PC/Xbox SeriesX) – January 29
  • Indika (Cloud/PC/Xbox Series X) – February 2
  • Final Fantasy 2 (Cloud/PC/Xbox Series X) – February 3

While there aren’t day one games on the Xbox Game Pass coming soon list, there are still some major additions on the way. January 21 in particular is going to be super busy for subscribers thanks to the addition of games like Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, the definitive way to experience Hideo Kojima’s open world game, and Ninja Gaiden Ragebound, the latest 2D entry in the long-running franchise that earned critical acclaim at the time of its release last year.

Critically-acclaimed puzzle game The Talos Principle 2 shouldn’t be slept on either, and then there’s Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, which was a big hit when it first dropped in 2024. First-person adventure game Indika is plenty acclaimed itself and even won some awards, and then there’s Final Fantasy 2. Final Fantasy 2 is one of the most divisive entries in the franchise, but with Final Fantasy 1 joining Game Pass last month, it seems Microsoft is slowly making Game Pass a one-stop shop for your Final Fantasy needs.

Xbox Game Pass Games Leaving on January 31

  • Cataclismo
  • Citizen Sleeper 2
  • Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders
  • Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap
  • Paw Patrol World
  • Shady Part of Me
  • Starbound

While there are plenty of new games coming to Xbox Game Pass soon, there are also some titles leaving the service as well. Xbox Game Pass is losing seven games on January 31, so subscribers should play them while they still can. Citizen Sleeper 2 is one of the higher-rated games leaving soon, and so subscribers may want to prioritize it especially.
