Cards Against Humanity Company Wants To Give "Your F**king Money Back" Over Trump's Illegal Tariffs

Cards Against Humanity Company Wants To Give "Your F**king Money Back" Over Trump's Illegal Tariffs

Earlier this month, President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs were ruled illegal by the Supreme Court. Although Trump was quick to announce new tariffs, companies are already lined up to get refunds. However, Cards Against Humanity, LLC wants to make sure that its players get their “f**king money back” in the most colorful way possible.

That f-bomb is even a part of the URL for CAH’s refund site, which features a message that mocks Trump by referencing his infamous misogynistic comments from 2005. More importantly, CAH shared a pledge to any of its customers that it will refund them any of the money they receive from the government.

“We’re going to give you your f**king money back,” reads the statement from CAH. “If you overpaid for one of our games, click the https://www.gamespot.com/articles/cards-against-humanity-company-wants-to-give-your-fking-money-back-over-trumps-illegal-tariffs/1100-6538490/?ftag=CAD-01-10abi2f and fill out the form. Then, when the Trump Administration gives us our tariff refund, we won’t keep it: we’ll give 100% of the money back to you, our loyal customers, who actually make our business possible.”

Other companies, including FedEx, have made similar pledges, minus the profanity. The Trump administration may not be able to appeal the Supreme Court’s ruling, but it seems unlikely to send out tariff refunds without another legal fight. Trump’s current batch of international tariffs can only last for 150 days unless Congress approves them.

Trump’s tariffs greatly impacted the video game industry in 2025, including tariff-related delays. The tariffs have also been blamed for price hikes for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5.

In 2024, Cards Against Humanity, LLC sued former Trump ally Elon Musk over a piece of land on the US/Mexican border that CAH purchased to thwart Trump’s border wall. The suit alleges that Musk’s SpaceX illegally used CAH’s land as a dumping ground, which led to a $15 million lawsuit against Musk.
