Reddit user Swizz_z shared their extensive list of the highest-paying career choices in the Sims 4, updated following the Royalty and Legacy expansion. The newly-added Noble career path serves as the richest job by a significant margin, with Sims earning a staggering 21,168 Simoleons per week as a Noble. Noble’s addition supplanted a pair of Military careers from the StrangerVille expansion, with both the Covert Operator and Officer careers paying a hefty 16,880 Simoleons. Stylist sits as the fourth most lucrative career in the game, earning 15,000 Simoleons per week, while the Interstellar Smuggler rounds out the Top 5 careers with 14,868 Simoleons each week.

The extensive list of careers also gives players an idea of which Sims 4 jobs they should avoid if trying to min-max their earnings in the game. Many of the lower-ranking careers include jobs available to High School Sims, with Fast Food Employee ranking lowest at just 400 Simoleons per week. The Video Game Streamer career does not rank much higher at 610 Simoleons per week, while the third-lowest spot goes to the Barista, only 10 Simoleons higher than the Streamer.
