Arc Raiders Keeping An Eye Out Quest Guide

Arc Raiders sends you to Blue Gate for the Keeping an Eye Out quest, once again tasking you with finding one of Bilguun’s hideouts. This time, you’re seeking his shelter at the collapsed highway, which may be a bit of a trek for you, depending on where you spawn on the map. The real challenge, though, will be actually finding a way inside.

For this quest, you won’t need to extract with anything to take back to Speranza, meaning you should feel free to come with a free loadout if you prefer. That being said, you may take some fall damage while trying to get inside the shelter, so having some extra healing items can’t hurt–so it’s not a bad idea to bring your own kit in if you’re up for it.

When you’re ready to complete Keeping an Eye Out, read on for how to get inside Bilguun’s shelter.

How to get inside Bilguun’s Shelter for the Keeping an Eye Out quest

Getting inside Bilguun’s shelter won’t be a straightforward situation. You’ll first need to make your way to the collapsed highway, which can be found on the southwestern side of the Blue Gate map.

Make your way to the exact spot on the map above. When you arrive, you should be standing near a piece of the highway that has collapsed into something akin to a ramp.

While it may look too steep to walk up this part of the highway, you can actually get up it fairly easily by just angling your camera down and holding up to scale to the top. For future reference, this trick works on a lot of steep inclines.

At the top of the ramp, walk all the way forward until you reach a zipline. If no one else has been here yet, you’ll need to interact with the zipline to send it out. Afterward, take the zipline down to the other side. Here’s where things get tricky.

Look up at where you came from to spot Bilguun’s hideout beneath the highway (notice a stop sign on the outside). You’ll need to take the zipline back up and jump off at just the right time to land inside this small shelter. It may take a try or two, so make sure you’re prepared to top off your health if you miss the timing and take some fall damage.

Once you’re inside Bilguun’s shelter, simply walk forward until you see a prompt to take a photo.

Taking the photo will conclude the quest. With that out of the way, you’re now free to leave Bilguun’s Shelter and extract whenever you’re ready. There’s an extraction point very close to the collapsed highway, so that’s probably your best bet. Make sure to turn the quest in when you arrive back in Speranza.
