Asmongold Suspended From Twitch Again After Vile Comments

Zack “Asmongold” Hoyt has had one of his Twitch channels suspended after a recent violation of the Amazon-owned platform’s community guidelines. The penalty comes days after a stream in which Hoyt ranted about immigration and argued it was okay to shoot children in order to stop people from illegally entering a country.

“‘Shoot’em, problem solved’?” Hoyt said during a livestream earlier this week. He was quoting a commenter in his live chat following his live reaction to a recent video from right-wing content creator Nick Shirley about people immigrating from Morocco to Spain.

“That’s what I would do,” Hoyt continued. “I think they should just f*cking shoot’em. Like, I’ve said this before, I know it might sound like, ‘Oh, you shouldn’t do that,’ I think you should do that.”

Asmongold thinks undocumented children crossing the border illegally with their parents should be fair game to sh**t

“This emotional blackmail..well u can’t sh**t these ppl, they have kids w them. Well then don’t bring ur kids, if u don’t wanna get sh*t..it’s really simple..I’d… pic.twitter.com/F07fBf3d53

He continued, “‘Shoot an eight-year-old?’ Well, I mean, if you have to, yeah, of course. Like, I mean, it’s not like you want to, but like would you rather shoot an eight-year-old or have 50 f*cking people come over to your country and then attack and kill your eight-year-olds? Yeah, of course it come down to that. Yeah. Sure… that’s the bottom line… I’m not going to fall for some emotional guilt trip sh*t. Of course, of course that’s what you do. That’s like emotional logic. ‘Please don’t shoot kids?’ Then don’t send them over. You don’t want to shoot kids then don’t send them over like that. ‘People are not ready.’ Yeah, it’s nuts, man.”

The rant went on, with Hoyt repeatedly saying “I’d shoot whoever” in order to stop people from immigrating, including women and children.

It’s possible this ugly vitriol had nothing to do with the “violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines” that got one of Hoyt’s Twitch channels temporarily suspended. The company has not clarified which part of the content creator’s recent streams was the issue.

Hoyt was previously suspended from the platform back in April of this year. “Banned for an entire week because I said I don’t give a f*ck about the opinions of illiterate third worlders,” he wrote at the time. He was also suspended back in 2024 for comments he made related to the genocide of Palestinians. “I’ve slowly been devolving into the most mean-spirited—I don’t really even know what the words is for it—just the most mean-spirited, rude, callous, psychopathic version of myself,” he told viewers at the time.

He’s since continued to push racist rhetoric often underpinned by calls for violence. White nationalist and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes previously called him a “great ally.”
