Gamers have until August 20 to claim Beholder: Conductor completely free of charge. Gaming is an incredibly expensive hobby, especially if you are someone that is always buying the latest big releases. However, there are plenty of opportunities to get games for free, if you know where to look. Consoles like PS5 and Xbox give players “free” games through services like PS Plus and Xbox Game Pass, but those do technically require subscriptions. Gamers on other platforms tend to get games that are truly free with zero strings attached, as is currently the case with Beholder: Conductor.
For example, there are plenty of free games given away on PC in any given week. Steam free game giveaways happen all the time, and the Epic Games Store gives away free games every Thursday, like clockwork. While many gamers are well aware of the free PC games on the Epic Games Store, they may not even realize that there are more freebies to claim from EGS every week.
Beholder: Conductor is Free Until August 20

The Epic Games Store also gives away free mobile games, giving Android and iOS users the chance to grow their collections without paying a dime. The current free mobile game up for grabs on the Epic Games Store is the M-rated Beholder: Conductor, which was originally released on PC in 2025 and came to mobile devices in 2026. Beholder: Conductor doesn’t have much in the way of professional critic reviews, but it has been well-received by fans. Anyone interested in checking it out for themselves should be sure to claim it by August 20 at 10:00am CST. At that point, it will revert to its usual $6.99 asking price.
For those that are unfamiliar with the game, Beholder: Conductor has players playing as a train conductor. Players are tasked with monitoring passengers, which can include intimidating them, calling the police, searching their belongings, and even ejecting them from the train. The game also has a variety of secret missions for players to complete along the way. It’s a unique premise for a video game and should keep mobile gamers plenty busy.
Beholder: Conductor is part of a series of similarly-themed games. The original game, simply titled Beholder, is about living in a totalitarian country as a landlord. Like Beholder: Conductor, the original Beholder has players spying and reporting on people using various nefarious means. It was also well-received, and so the series in general is a safe bet. Of course, with Beholder: Conductor available for free, there’s no harm in claiming it for yourself and coming to your own conclusions about the game.
After Beholder: Conductor is cycled out of the free games lineup on August 20, it will be replaced by something else, though we aren’t quite sure what that will be. The current Epic Games Store free game on PC will also be cycled out of availability. Right now, the EGS free game is Caravan SandWitch, but starting August 20 the freebies will be Cardpocalypse Standard Edition and the Epic Mage bundle for Albion Online. Those EGS freebies will be available until August 27, at which point they too will be replaced.
