Starsand Island features a long list of minerals and valuable ores that players can farm for profit or use to craft essential items on the farm. One of the most valuable among them is Diamond, hidden deep within the darkest corners of the island’s map.
Diamonds may not be as common as Copper or Iron, but players can still collect them in large quantities if they know where to look. A couple of specific locations on the map are perfect for stocking up, though they are not available right away. In other words, players will need to spend some time progressing through one of the professions in Starsand Island before they can get their hands on Diamonds.

Where to Get Diamonds in Starsand Island
- Moonlight Meadow (Moonlit Forest)
- Homeward Trail (Moonlit Forest)
Two of the best locations for farming Diamonds are Moonlight Meadow and Homeward Trail. However, both areas are locked behind specific missions and tool requirements. To access them, players must complete Zephyria’s Exploration quests until they unlock the Depths of Moonlit Forest.
Another requirement for mining Diamonds is having an Impact Hammer or a higher-level pickaxe. Players can unlock the Impact Hammer by reaching Junior Crafter rank at Zerine’s General Store. The blueprint costs 2,500 Coins and requires materials such as Hardwood Plank, Iron Sheet, Radiant Crystal, Bronze, and an Impulse Pickaxe.
Zephyria can be found in the northwest part of the map, just past Green Pasture Ranch. He runs the Exploration Club, which players can join to accept missions. Most of the club’s quests involve exploring the Moonlit Forest, and completing them gradually unlocks all of its locations, including those that contain Diamonds.
Best Ways to Use Diamonds in Starsand Island
As a special ore, Diamonds could be required in some endgame recipes. For that reason, players should stock up while exploring the Moonlit Forest and avoid selling them, since the retail price is far from appealing. Starsand Island vendors pay only 30 Coins per Diamond, which hardly feels worth the grind.
Another smart use for Diamonds is gifting them to certain NPCs. Several romanceable characters in Starsand Island, such as Alex, like these shiny rocks and will reward players with +15 affection points or even more when given one.
