A master LEGO builder manages to turn the Pokemon Eevee set into the cute alien E.T. with no additional pieces used. While LEGO Pokemon sets haven’t made all fans happy with the abundance of Smart Play releases and critter designs, the Eevee set that came out on Pokemon Day is arguably one of the best so far. It’s not too big or too small, it’s relatively faithful to the Evolution Pokemon’s design, and it’s reasonably priced. Not only that, but it has also become one of the go-to LEGO sets released in 2026 for those who want to forego the instructions and make something new.
Now that a lot of LEGO Pokemon sets have been officially announced for August 1, 2026, there will be more critters to collect and build within the hobby. However, these are all Smart Play sets so far, and more sets like Eevee or the Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise trio will likely be few and far between this year. Thankfully, the Eevee set is very flexible based on fan creations, and with a bit of creativity, it may be turned into anything other than Pokemon, too.

Custom LEGO E.T. Build From Pokemon Eevee Set
A Reddit user named Minute_Food_2881, an expert LEGO builder and renowned community member on the platform, shared a post showcasing their latest creation: a custom E.T. build from the Eevee set. This is an extremely creative LEGO MOC build that shows just how endless the options are when putting bricks together, even if it means using a single set with no extra pieces. Proportions may be a little off in the custom E.T. build when it comes to the alien’s face, but Minute_Food_2881 made great use of Eevee’s eyes by turning them upside down to make them closer to the actual thing.

The color is also spot-on, as the LEGO Eevee set is predominantly brown, like the beloved extra-terrestrial. The physique and body type perfectly match the alien’s, too, making this build a lot of fun and very appealing for fans of the sci-fi movie. This is the third build out of this set for Minute_Food_2881, as they transformed LEGO Pokemon Eevee into Pinsir and also into Bidoof. With their creative approach, the sky is the limit, and more fun builds may come out of the Eevee set from this creator.
Minute_Food_2881 is also on Rebrickable as Creation Caravan, and they sell the instructions for their custom builds there. The E.T. build is not available just yet, but it’s most likely going to appear on the website in the coming days or weeks. This is just an example of Minute_Food_2881’s incredible creativity, and they recently turned the 75375 LEGO Millennium Falcon set into a Warhammer 40K Battleship, showing just how any set can become something else entirely.

Another example is how they turned the LEGO FIFA World Cup 2026 Emblem set into a Millennium Falcon, essentially the reverse of what they did with the Warhammer 40K build. Minute_Food_2881’s portfolio is impressive, and it’s bound to grow even more in time. It also shows that one may not like a given set, but with a vision and some patience, it can become anything.
