Grammy-nominated singer Madison Beer has a couple of things she wants to say to Fortnite developer Epic Games. For starters, she wants Epic to stop changing the game so much, and secondly, she wants Epic to give her a skin for the game.
“I love Fortnite. They’ve changed it too much now, though. I’m a little bit upset with you, Epic Games,” Beer said on the Hot Ones podcast (via Billboard). “No seriously. Let’s speak really quickly. Let’s get serious. Stop changing things that we love about Fortnite. Keep it original.”
Beer’s comments about Fortnite clearly come from a place of admiration for the game, and to that end, Beer pleaded with Epic to “give me a skin please!”
Beer is not the first celebrity to ask Epic for a Fortnite skin. In 2025, Chappell Roan said in a media interview that she really wanted a Fortnite skin, and her dream recently came true.
Regarding Beer’s criticisms of Fortnite, the game is massive, and people are always complaining about certain aspects of it. But even Epic has acknowledged issues recently, establishing a strike team to improve the live game and then delaying Season 2 following Fortnite becoming increasingly unstable.
In other Fortnite news, Disney’s new CEO is a big fan of gaming and has revealed plans to bring Disney to Fortnite in a bigger way going forward, including by possibly premiering movies in the game.
