Adrian has been writing, critiquing, and thinking about games since he first picked up an N64 controller many years ago. These days he writes reviews, news, and features for Game Rant and believes games should be held to the same artistic standards as books, movies, and television shows. When he’s not writing for Game Rant, Adrian writes even more reviews for Sirus Gaming and likes to get nerdy about tech and retro games at HackerNoon. Outside the gaming world, he spends plenty of time enjoying movies or listening to every genre of music under the sun. Follow him on Twitter for nonsense tweets likely related to Dragon Ball Z, or check out Breadhouse Records for some tunes.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is offering players a limited opportunity to experience a significant portion of the recently released shooter entirely for free. The promotion arrives as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 begins its first season, giving newcomers a chance to see what the latest entry offers without committing to a full purchase.
Modern Warfare 4’s DMZ Mode Is Free Until November 11
The official Call of Duty Twitter account announced that the Modern Warfare 4 DMZ free trial will run through November 11 at 10 AM PT (1 PM ET). During that time, players can jump into the full MW4 DMZ experience without having to buy the main game at all. The offer is available on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch 2, and PC, with dedicated trial listings now live on their storefronts. Importantly, the promotion does not include MW4‘s story campaign or standard multiplayer modes, so anyone who wants to play those portions of the game will still need to buy a copy.
