A free-to-play game called Polyarmory: High Calibre Love on Steam gives off serious Date Everything vibes, but it throws in some unexpected twists to the traditional dating sim formula: first-person shooter action and datable guns. Date Everything was one of the most successful dating sims on Steam in 2025. It revolved around a fictional gadget that let players see the furniture in their home as attractive humans and romance them. In Polyarmory, however, players consume a substance that grants them the ability to see firearms as anthropomorphic companions instead.
Developed by Scope Creeps, Polyarmory: High Calibre Love launched on Steam on February 12, 2026, and has already been downloaded by more than 20,000 users. While this marks the studio’s first Steam release under the Scope Creeps name, the team reportedly has another dating game, OnlyCans: Thirst Date, which is age- and region-restricted on the storefront due to its adult themes and content. Polyarmory, however, appears to scale back the erotica and blend in FPS action instead, a shift that has likely helped it remain unrestricted on Steam.
There’s Already a Date Everything Copycat Game
Nearly a month after Date Everything’s successful launch, another game appears to copy the formula, though the result comes off as rather bizarre.
Polyarmory: High Calibre Love does include content that may not be suitable for all ages. Developer Scope Creeps describes it as featuring sexual innuendo, jokes, and humor.
Polyarmory: High Calibre Love Lets You Romance Your Guns
According to Polyarmory‘s Steam page, it’s an action-adventure dating simulation in which players are trapped in a psychedelic trip, interacting with five anthropomorphic guns that speak directly to them. This surreal world is not without danger, as mysterious zombie-like creatures roam the area. Luckily, the humanoid firearms are not just companions, though. Players wield them to eliminate these threats while “pleasing” their desires and deepening their bond along the way.

All five guns in Polyarmory are romanceable: a shotgun named Rimington, a revolver called Viper, two SMGs known as The Twins, or Marsh and Mello, and an RPG named Svetlana. Each weapon features professional voice acting and handcrafted designs that feel somewhat reminiscent of the NPCs in Date Everything.
All five guns in Polyarmory are romanceable.
When they are not busy flirting, players put these weapons to use in first-person shooter combat. Certain objectives, such as defeating a set number of enemies at close range, help boost each gun’s romance meter and unlock their steamy cutscenes. The game also includes a larger storyline, complete with a final boss fight and an ending choice that influences how everything wraps up.
As for the game’s popularity, Polyarmory‘s Steam reviews currently show an average of a Very Positive score, with 97% of users recommending it. That said, the total number of reviews is still fairly low, as Polyarmory has received only around 200 comments so far. However, with thousands of players already owning the game, more feedback is expected to roll in over the coming days.
Polyarmory was published on Itch.io several months before the Steam release.

At the same time, the post teased future updates for the free-to-play dating sim, stating that “[Scope Creeps] has started building a backlog of fixes, features, and fun ideas [it would] love to bring into a future patch.”
