A surprising new leak has revealed a planned LEGO Star Wars x Marvel crossover, bringing together two of Disney’s biggest properties in one set. According to the leak, the upcoming LEGO set will combine classic characters and a new take on the Millennium Falcon in 2027.
Next year, Star Wars will celebrate its 50th anniversary. As a major milestone for the franchise, there’s no doubt that it will be looking to celebrate in style, including leveraging its long-standing LEGO partnership for plenty of new sets. There have already been some leaks pointing towards tons of potential LEGO Star Wars sets in 2027, but this is the first mention of a potential Marvel crossover.
Iron Falcon LEGO Star Wars x Marvel Set Leaked
Courtesy of reputable leaker buggyleaks on Instagram, a new LEGO Star Wars x Marvel set is planned for release in 2027. Named the Iron Falcon with the set number 75481, the set will allegedly feature five LEGO minifigures, including Iron-3PO, War2-D2, Spider-Han, Captain Alderaan, and Hulkbacca. The connections are obvious: it combines some of the most iconic Star Wars characters with their Marvel equivalents. Iron-3PO is C-3PO, War2-D2 is a cross between R2-D2 and War Machine, Spider-Han is Spider-Man and Han Solo, Hulkbacca is the muscle of the group as a combination of Chewbacca and Hulk, while Captain Alderaan is Star Wars‘ version of Captain America. The centerpiece of the build will presumably be some variant of the Millennium Falcon, which will be exciting to see.

It’s worth noting that as with any LEGO leak, this set isn’t guaranteed to come to fruition. Until it’s added to the list of confirmed LEGO sets coming in the future, it should be treated with a grain of salt. Still, there’s nothing wrong with speculating about the exciting potential of what might be to come.
While a crossover between LEGO Star Wars and Marvel does sound a little odd on paper, it’s certainly not beyond the realm of possibility. LEGO has never been averse to novelty sets, even with its licensed properties – the Dark Falcon and the Gingerbread AT-AT come to mind here.
Star Wars and Marvel have been two of the biggest properties for LEGO over the years, both in physical bricks and numerous excellent LEGO video games over the years, so a crossover is sure to go down well with fans. If this leak comes to fruition, it seems LEGO is bringing some heavy hitters to the table for the first crossover, which will hopefully help it succeed. And if it does prove to be popular, this could mean even more similar crossovers further down the line, which would be cool to see.
