There’s a new Halo release on the horizon and officially confirmed for 2028. It comes with a major caveat, though, as it features a huge $1,599 price tag, which may put it out of budget for many passionate Halo fans.
The Halo franchise is in a bit of a strange place right now. Ever since Halo Studios (formerly 343 Industries) took the mantle from Bungie, the developer has struggled to capture the magic of the original games, at least in the eyes of many in the community. However, the franchise retains a passionate fan base, and the recent Halo: Campaign Evolved was warmly received. The franchise moves fast, and now, there’s already a new Halo release to look forward to.
Halo: Campaign Evolved 1/4 Scale Master Chief Statue from Prime 1 Studio Costs $1,599
During Prime 1 Studio’s recent Next Level Showcase 19, the manufacturer announced a new 1/4 scale Master Chief statue based on his appearance in Halo: Campaign Evolved, opening pre-orders immediately. The statue depicts the Spartan supersoldier standing on the corpse of a dead Elite in a powerful action pose. It comes with two swappable arm sets, allowing fans to choose between the character wielding an Assault Rifle or an Energy Sword – two of Halo‘s most iconic weapons. There’s no doubt the Prime 1 Studio Halo Master Chief statue is stunning, but it comes at a high cost: $1,599. It won’t ship for a long time yet, as the manufacturer expects it to ship between February and May 2028.

A few important details explain why the Halo: Campaign Evolved Prime 1 Studio Master Chief statue costs what it does. First is the scarcity – it’s limited to just 500 units worldwide, so owners will join an exclusive club. Then there’s the size. At 78cm high and 54cm wide in 1/4 scale, this is a hefty collectible, bound to draw all the attention in any gaming collection. The statue features the type of additional details expected of a premium $1,599 collectible, with LED illumination in the base, Master Chief’s helmet, and Energy Sword to make it a real statement piece.

During the same event, Prime 1 Studio also announced another new $1,599 Halo release: an Elite Zealot and Grunt Minor statue. Those who buy both this and the Master Chief statue in the same order will spend $3,198 for the pleasure, but they will get their hands on a bonus freebie. Pre-ordering the pair of statues adds a free Master Chief arm set with dual-wielded Magnum pistols to the order, giving even more customization for the display piece.
It may not be a game, but it’s still nice to have another new Halo release to look forward to. As for what’s next in the series, it remains to be seen, as Halo Studios has yet to reveal its plans. Halo: Campaign Evolved appeared to tease a Halo 2 remake, but again, it’s impossible to say until the developer confirms it one way or another.
