A Baldur’s Gate 3 release of a new Nendoroid figure of Shadowheart has been confirmed for 2027. This will be the second Baldur’s Gate 3 figure released in the Nendoroid line, with the first being of Astarion, who was released earlier in 2026.
For the unfamiliar, Good Smile’s Nendoroid line is a smaller line of figures, which typically measure less than 5 inches tall. The “chibi” cute style of the figures is one aspect of their appeal, but they’re also popular for being articulated, so fans can pose the characters as they like. Nendoroids typically also include swappable faceplates, which allow their expression to be changed, and accessories for them to hold or be posed with.
Baldur’s Gate 3 Nendoroid Shadowheart Pre-Orders Open
Good Smile has now opened pre-orders for its Baldur’s Gate 3 Shadowheart Nendoroid, and has revealed what the figure looks like and what it comes with. Shadowheart appears as she does at the start of the game, measures 3.94 inches tall, and comes with Selune’s Spear of Night, the Mysterious Artefact, and a “Shadowheart Disapproves” effect based on her reactions to players’ actions in the game which can be attached to her stand. She also comes with extra parts for posing and holding the included accessories. Additionally, she comes with three faceplates, including a serious expression, smiling face, and a glaring scowl. Good Smile will run pre-orders through September 1, with Shadowheart listed at $43.99. She’s estimated to ship sometime between July 1 and September 30, 2027. Those who purchase her directly from Good Smile will also receive a bonus of a Gauntlet of Shar background sheet that she can be posed in front of.

Although there are plenty of cast members that Nendoroid could look to next, for the foreseeable future, it will be sticking with Astarion and Shadowheart. Both characters will receive a second Nendoroid based on alternate designs, with a Camp Clothes Version of Astarion now revealed by the company. Good Smile has shared a single image of what Camp Clothes Astarion will look like, but hasn’t shared a planned release date or pre-order window for him yet.
Shadowheart will also see a second version, which will feature her alternate look that can be unlocked later in the game. Unlike Astarion, no images of the second Shadowheart have been shared yet, as it is still under development. No pricing has been announced regarding the figures yet, but as the first two versions of Astarion and Shadowheart both cost $43.99, it’s likely the price will be about the same.
Given that Baldur’s Gate 4 is having difficulty finding a developer, it’s entirely possible that several years could pass before a sequel is officially announced. With Baldur Gate 3‘s popularity and its existence in the Dungeons & Dragons universe, however, the series and its cast haven’t been totally abandoned. Two of the most exciting entries include a prequel novel detailing Astarion’s life before the events of the game, fittingly titled Baldur’s Gate 3: Astarion, and a TV series sequel by way of HBO. While fans have expressed concerns about who will play their favorite characters in the television adaptation, there is nonetheless a great deal of interest and excitement for it, as well.
