Overwatch has officially revealed Reign of Talon Season 2: Summit, which features the new hero Sierra, the Grand Mesa meta event, a Mythic skin for Soldier: 76 and Mythic weapon skin for Genji, a Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred crossover, and more. This update will follow through on the big swings that Overwatch took in Season 1 with its soft relaunch.
It is no exaggeration to say that Overwatch has had a successful year so far. Reign of Talon Season 1: Conquest, which began on February 10, changed the game in several fundamental ways, including a refreshed UI, the introduction of year-long storylines, and five new heroes, with another coming every subsequent season. It even dropped the 2 from Overwatch 2 for good measure. The Overwatch comeback was a huge hit, with the hero shooter breaking simultaneous player records on Steam and other platforms.

While many Overwatch fans will look at April 14 with excitement, I can’t help but dread the day since it brings the removal of my favorite content.
