The official Persona 6 reveal will take place at the Xbox Games Showcase on Sunday, June 7, according to a reliable source. Persona 6 fans will want to make sure to tune in and watch, then, when it takes place on 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.

Given the sheer volume of Persona 6 rumors and leaks in recent weeks, this should not come as a surprise. In just recent days, everything from Persona 6‘s two protagonists (a blonde male, a black-and-red-headed female) to the setting (an art school) and images of the first Persona 6 confidant have all appeared online. Most of these leaks have come via Xiaohongshu, otherwise known as RedNote, a Chinese social media platform (because of testing done in Asia). However, the reveal leak comes from Nate the Hate—a proven leaker with an impeccable track record.

Persona 6 Release Window and Character Designs Leak Online

A known leaker reveals the alleged Persona 6 release window, while also sharing several purported character designs from the upcoming JRPG.

Persona 6 Reveal is Happening at the Xbox Games Showcase

Nate the Hate recently shared his predictions for the Xbox Games Showcase, around the 4-minute mark above, and based on his insider knowledge, he stated that he’s “confident” that Persona 6 will be at the Xbox Games Showcase. Shortly after, his statement was corroborated by known Sega/Atlus-specific leaker lolilolailo, who said, “Nate knows what he’s talking about.” Nate the Hate also believes the Persona 4 Revival release date will be announced there. There is at least one major reason to trust Nate beyond his track record, but his record speaks for itself, too.

Nate the Hate has, in the past, gotten the Nintendo Switch 2 timing and reveal window correct, Microsoft’s move to multiplatform Xbox games, the timing of Multiple Nintendo Directs, the return of Metroid Prime Remastered, and much, much more, all ahead of time. What’s more, Nate the Hate can be trusted beyond his track record based on his approach to leaks. He often does not speak in concrete terms, even if he hears an inkling of something (like his comment on P4R), until he can fully back it. As such, his statement of confidence in the Persona 6 reveal is no laughing matter. It might finally be happening.

Shigenori Soejima / Atlus

It’s worth mentioning that Nate the Hate’s leaks are often tied to platform holders, which goes a long way given Sega/Atlus’ ongoing relationship with Xbox, adding even more credibility to his claims. But beyond that, his recent leaks of Nintendo ought to be examined. Earlier this year, he claimed a new Star Fox game would happen this summer and stated that a Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake is slated to release this holiday season. Such claims would often be ignored by most leakers, but everyone knows how reliable he is, and he was proven correct on the Star Fox Switch 2 port.

As such, Nate the Hate’s claim for this Sunday not only makes perfect sense, but it’s backed by his past, and it’s also backed by his current leak activity. Star Fox was a bold claim that proved to be true, and the upcoming reveal of Persona 6 is about as much of a bold a claim as it comes. Sega and Atlus confirmed they were working on Persona 6 years ago, but have remained quiet since. That’s all about to change, according to Nate the Hate.
