A new LEGO Pokemon set rumored to release later this year has now been leaked to include a unique minifigure. Although LEGO has already released several Pokemon sets, including Pikachu, Eevee, and the Kanto starter trio of Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise, even more sets from the franchise are planned to be released in the coming months. One of these leaked upcoming sets is the Gen 3 Legendary Pokemon Rayquaza, which is now said to include a minifigure of Zinnia as well.
There are already a variety of new LEGO Pokemon sets unofficially slated to release throughout the rest of 2026. Included in these leaked sets are Munchlax, Poke Ball with minifigures, Arcanine, and a Jolteon vs. Charizard Smart Play set. LEGO Pokemon collectors have their hands full with upcoming releases if these leaks are true, suggesting that a total of nine more sets are coming this summer.

Rayquaza is already one of the most popular Legendary Pokemon in the franchise, and has an incredibly Shiny variant as well. The Dragon/Flying type debuted in Gen 3’s Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire on the Game Boy Advance before starring in the generation’s third, definitive version, Pokemon Emerald. Rayquaza is a nostalgic Legendary for many Pokemon fans, but Zinnia might be less familiar to older LEGO Pokemon collectors.
Zinnia originally debuted in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire‘s Delta Episode post-game content. The Gen 6 remakes of the original Ruby and Sapphire games included expanded content like the Delta Episode to flesh out the lore of Rayquaza and its history with the Hoenn Region. Zinnia is a descendant of the Draconid people, an ancient tribe of Hoenn that worships Rayquaza after it saved them from Groudon and Kyogre’s destruction centuries ago. As the Lore Keeper of the Draconids, Zinnia challenges the player to a battle to ensure they are strong enough to tame Rayquaza during the events of the Delta Episode.

Despite no images of the Zinnia minifigure having surfaced yet, LEGO fans can already get a good idea of what the character’s minifig will look like. Zinnia has a distinctive cloak that she wears, meaning the minifigure will likely include a cape accessory. She also has a unique hairstyle that will probably be represented through a brand-new LEGO hair piece as well. For minifigure collectors, this LEGO Rayquaza set sounds like one that can’t be missed among the upcoming slate of summer LEGO Pokemon releases.
