Prime Gaming Reveals 11 Free Games For May 2026

Amazon announced that Prime Gaming users will have 11 free PC games to claim throughout May as part of their monthly subscription. Along with the downloadable freebies, Amazon Prime subscribers can also stream six new games via Amazon Luna Standard on supported devices, including Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy and Alien: Isolation.

In short, Amazon Prime users can add a handful of PC games to their digital libraries as part of their monthly subscription. These PC games can then be downloaded and installed via the Amazon Games app, or through third-party launchers like GOG Galaxy or the Epic Games Store. Additionally, Prime users can also stream a rotation of games from the Amazon Luna Standard catalog. April’s Prime Gaming freebies had 12 titles for users to download, including King of Retail, XCOM: Enemy Unknown Complete Pack, and Neo Cab.

Epic Games Store Confirms 2 Free Games for May 14, But With a Catch

The Epic Games Store officially confirms two new free games for the May 14–May 21 period, though its latest giveaway comes with a caveat.

Prime Gaming Free Games for May 2026

May 7 (Available Now)

  • Fruitbus (GOG Code)
  • Mafia 2: Definitive Edition (GOG Code)

May 14

  • 60 Minutes to Extinction: Escape Room (GOG Code)
  • Lethal Honor: Order of the Apocalypse (GOG Code)
  • Survival: Fountain of Youth (Amazon Games Code)

May 21

  • Hot Brass (GOG Code)
  • Palindrome Syndrome: Escape Room (GOG Code)
  • Space Grunts (GOG Code)

May 28

  • Moon Mystery (Epic Games Store)
  • Nordic Storm Solitaire (Legacy Games Code)
  • Pro Basketball Manager 2026 (Amazon Games Code)

Now, Prime subscribers can claim 11 free PC games via Amazon Luna at no additional cost, with two of these games now ready to download. Fans of the Mafia franchise are in luck with this month’s rotation, as Mafia 2: Definitive Edition is now available as a GOG Code. Mafia 2: Definitive Edition is an HD remaster of the 2011 release, and includes the base game and all DLC. Mafia 2: Definitive Edition previously appeared in the March 2025 slate of Amazon Prime freebies, so users who claimed it back then will not be able to claim it again on the same Amazon Prime account. Gamers looking for something different than Mafia 2 can also claim Fruitbus via GOG. Fruitbus allows players to forage for food, customize a food truck, and create a unique menu for customers to enjoy.

Starting May 14, three more Amazon Prime free games will be ready for players to download. Fans of survival games set in real-world regions can try out Survival: Fountain of Youth, which is set in the Caribbean islands during the 16th century. Plus, gamers looking for more heart-racing titles can pick up Lethal Honor: Order of the Apocalypse and 60 Minutes to Extinction: Escape Room on Epic Games Store and GOG, respectively.

May 21 will see another escape room title added to the Prime Gaming rotation, as Palindrome Syndrome: Escape Room will be available via GOG. Additionally, the police response simulator Hot Brass, and the 2D Metroidvania game Space Grunts will be available as GOG codes for users to download. Finally, the May slate will close out with three more games on May 28. Moon Mystery, Nordic Storm Solitaire, and Pro Basketball Manager 2026 will be the final freebies for Amazon Prime users to claim for their collections.

Amazon Luna Standard Games for May 2026

  • Alien: Isolation
  • LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga
  • LEGO Star Wars 3: The Clone Wars
  • Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
  • Middle-earth: Shadow of War
  • Resident Evil 2

However, the free monthly offers do not stop there, as Amazon Luna Standard is also available for Prime users to peruse. Throughout May, players can stream titles such as Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Resident Evil 2, and Alien: Isolation. Given that an Alien: Isolation sequel was confirmed to be in development, interested players can stream the first game to give them a taste of what to expect. All in all, the variety of games available via Amazon Luna should provide Amazon Prime subscribers with something different to play.
