Information on a new LEGO set depicting the Ministry of Magic from Harry Potter has surfaced online via a reliable source. The yet-to-be-announced addition to LEGO’s ever-evolving Harry Potter theme is reportedly planned for release on September 1.
As of July 2026, the Danish toymaker’s Harry Potter line is just two months shy of being a quarter of a century old. It is still receiving new sets all the time, with 16 such products launched in the first half of 2026 alone. According to recent reports, LEGO is planning to launch even more Harry Potter sets by the end of summer 2026, followed immediately by another large model based on the Ministry of Magic.

With just under 3,500 pieces, the rumored Ministry of Magic replica would become the fourth-largest set in LEGO’s Wizarding World line, behind only 71043 Hogwarts Castle, 75978 Diagon Alley, and 76405 Hogwarts Express Collectors’ Edition. It is expected to launch alongside another Harry Potter set designated 40901. The product is rumored to be a microscale Hogwarts model offered as a gift-with-purchase promotion, based on its set number and LEGO’s usual naming conventions.
