Xbox Game Pass Officially Confirms 8 New Games for March and April 2026

Microsoft has officially announced the Xbox Game Pass Wave 2 roadmap for March 2026. The new lineup consists of eight titles, the latest of which will join Xbox Game Pass on April 7.

Microsoft’s subscription service has so far added eight games since the beginning of the month. The most recent release was DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse: Ready to Party, which joined three tiers of Xbox Game Pass earlier today, March 17.

The newly announced Wave 2 roadmap for March consists of six new titles and two expanded releases for the Premium tier, with Microsoft also confirming several more arrivals for April 2026. The brand-new games begin with Disco Elysium on March 19 and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth on March 24, followed by Absolum and Nova Roma on March 25 and 26, respectively. The Long Dark is then scheduled to arrive on March 30, a day before Resident Evil 7 Biohazard does the same. The latter will mark the second entry from Capcom’s long-running series to join the service in 2026, arriving two months after Resident Evil Village landed on Xbox Game Pass in late January.

As usual, the newly announced Wave 2 lineup for this month extends into the first Tuesday of the following month. Microsoft said Barbie Horse Trails will arrive on the service on April 2, followed by Final Fantasy 4 on April 7. The latter release continues a 2026 pattern of Xbox Game Pass adding one classic Final Fantasy title per month. As with the previous three entries, the subscription service will offer the Pixel Remaster version of Final Fantasy 4.

Xbox Game Pass Confirms 3 Expanded Releases for Premium-Tier Members

In addition to the eight new arrivals, the latest roadmap includes three titles set to expand to the Premium tier after previously joining the Ultimate library. The first two, South of Midnight and The Alters, are scheduled to arrive on March 18. The third is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, one of the most critically acclaimed games of 2025. With the title nearing its first anniversary on Xbox Game Pass, some fans feared Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 could leave the service in April 2026. Its newly confirmed arrival on the Premium tier, however, suggests it is likely to remain available for at least six more months, based on Microsoft’s past catalog patterns.

2 Titles Are Leaving Xbox Game Pass on March 31

Rounding out today’s news is the official confirmation of the next Xbox Game Pass outgoing wave. Scheduled for March 31, the upcoming batch of departures consists of only two titles: Peppa Pig: World Adventures and Mad Streets. As such, Xbox Game Pass is on course to lose eight games over the course of March 2026, while adding 14 others.
