Fortnite Leak Teases New WWE Skins

Fortnite Leak Teases New WWE Skins

A Fortnite leak revealed that another wave of WWE skins might be coming to the game soon. Since launching in 2017, Fortnite has been collaborating with various licenses to give players unique character skins and gameplay experiences with every update. WWE is one company that the game has worked with in the past for cosmetics inspired by popular wrestlers.

Fortnite has released a number of WWE skins already in the last few years, including the likes of John Cena, Becky Lynch, and Bianca Belair. The last set of WWE Fortnite skins that came out were Cody Rhodes and The Undertaker in 2025, which were released around WrestleMania season. Actor and legendary wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is also featured in Fortnite‘s latest lore drop, but he’s introduced as a playable character named “The Foundation” and not his WWE persona. With WrestleMania 42 just a few weeks away, it’s possible that the Epic Games title might surprise fans with another WWE skins line.

Fortnite Reveals Downtime End Time for Chapter 7 Season 2

Fortnite fans can now plan out their Thursday to guarantee that they don’t miss the new season launch, as Epic Games has revealed when downtime ends.

More WWE Superstars Might Be Coming to Fortnite

Prominent Fortnite leaker HYPEX reported on Twitter that WWE superstars Stone Cold Steve Austin and Liv Morgan might be coming to the game. However, they didn’t specify the timeline of the release and the possible inclusions in the bundle, such as skin variants and other cosmetics. In the past, Fortnite added custom weapons like Bianca Belair’s K.O.D Hammer and emotes inspired by the WWE superstars. Both Austin and Morgan are iconic WWE characters, each with recognizable costumes and aesthetics, so they could potentially have interesting bundles if the rumors are accurate.

  • Liv Morgan

Several Fortnite fans online expressed their excitement for the rumored WWE skins, especially with Morgan becoming more popular in light of her recent return to the WWE and her upcoming championship match at WrestleMania 42 against Stephanie Vaquer. Many also thought Austin would be a solid choice because he is a WWE Hall of Famer and professional wrestling legend.

WWE 2K26 is Also Having a Moment in Gaming

Apart from a possible Fortnite collaboration, WWE has also been busy promoting its annual video game release, WWE 2K26. Released just this month, WWE 2K26 includes over 400 playable superstars and fresh experiences, such as the CM Punk Showcase and new The Island features. Many fans have been spending a lot of time creating their own characters, playing different match stipulations, and reliving historic wrestling moments in the game. Although many fans seem to be enjoying the experience so far, WWE 2K26 has also received negative reviews due to various reasons. Developer Visual Concepts has released updates to address these concerns, and to hopefully address fans’ complaints about the game.

Meanwhile, it will be an exciting few months for fans as WWE 2K26 launches more playable superstars via the Ringside Pass. The battle pass is a new addition to the WWE 2K franchise, where fans can unlock DLC superstars via the premium tier. It’s divided into seasons that will be released throughout the year, which will include wrestlers from WWE, TNA, and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA). Ringside Pass Season 2 featuring Kelly Kelly, Ax, Crush, and Smash will be released on April 15, 2026, just a few days before WrestleMania 42.
