A Destiny 2 player shares footage of the outstanding performance of a new weapon from the Monument of Triumph update, and it’s destroying bosses. Destiny 2 will no longer really have an ever-changing meta, as the game is entering end-of-service and a sort of hibernation phase, where only the servers will stay up, with no content or patches. As sad as this can be, the official comms account on social media stated that next week’s TWID and hotfix have been delayed, with no other date planned.
Case in point, Bungie laid off hundreds of developers and blamed Destiny 2 for it, stating that the game has been performing poorly for years despite its Platinum seller status on Steam and millions of players overall. Now, the game has no active developers working on it, and the entire QA testing team has seemingly been laid off as well, so current bugs and issues may never be fixed. The arguably sad silver lining is that players looking for meta weapons will most likely be able to use them forever once they get them.
Destiny 2 Player Shares Jaw-Dropping Endgame Solo Build
A Destiny 2 player finds and shares a broken build that clears endgame Raid encounters completely solo.
A Destiny 2 player and content creator by the name of NAPainter_ shared a video on Twitter showcasing the jaw-dropping damage dealt with the Threat Level god roll. Reintroduced as part of the loot table for Destiny 2‘s Pantheon 2.0, the Legendary shotgun Threat Level can roll with Cascade Point and All-Star, which pairs incredibly well with the Encrypted Data Disk Artifact’s Kinetic Synthesis and Kinetic Rupture. Since Threat Level is a Kinetic shotgun, and the only one in the game to roll with both Cascade Point and All-Star, NAPainter_ used it with Kinetic Synthesis to have a reliable way to keep the 35% damage buff from All-Star up all the time.

The second weapon used by NAPainter_ is Arcane Embrace, which is a heavy burst shotgun available from the Festival of the Lost Weapon Engrams in the Tower, at the Tenet of Bravery. This was added as part of the Monument of Triumph weapons in Destiny 2, and players can easily get one due to how small the pool is. In this case, an Arcane Embrace with Fourth Time’s the Charm and Aggregate Charge is used not only as an accompanying DPS weapon, but to easily and reliably proc Threat Level’s Cascade Point, as Arcane Embrace shoots two bullets at a time. Combined with support from Well and Divinity, while firing off the Needlestorm Super and Finality’s Auger, Threat Level gets a whopping 8,400 DPS.
NAPainter_ mentions that this is likely even stronger on Titan due to better damage-dealing Supers, such as Twilight Arsenal or Thundercrash. The combination of Artifact in Destiny 2‘s Monument of Triumph, Threat Level, Arcane Embrace, and some other elements is incredibly busted, and all classes can likely benefit from this. Hunters could use Blade Barrage, Deadfall, or Silence and Squall, for example.
Not only that, but Finality’s Auger is also not necessary. Players could use a different Exotic, like Anarchy, which achieves similar damage and is easier to obtain. The catch is that Threat Level is only obtained via Pantheon, so players will need to farm for the shotgun. The good news is that Destiny 2‘s Morgeth cheese farm is still in the game, as the boss can be thrown off the map with Finishers.
