My Hero Academia fans finally know when the franchise’s next major release is arriving. Of course, fans know that the English dub of the final season of the anime released in October 2025, while a brand-new episode of My Hero Academia titled “More” premiered on May 2 earlier this year.
The mainline My Hero Academia anime may be over, but there’s always plenty happening and on the horizon when it comes to popular anime. For example, My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is a spin-off and prequel to the mainline series, while fans will also be able to get their hands on My Hero Academia: United Survival this fall 2026.
My Hero Academia: United Survival Releases on November 23
My Hero Academia: United Survival, a new free-to-play roguelike action game for PC and mobile, can be enjoyed this Fall when it releases on November 23. The upcoming release looks to combine fast-paced combat with repeatable roguelike progression, all while letting players build teams from some of the My Hero Academia anime’s most popular heroes and villains.

United Survival is taking a different approach than previous My Hero Academia games. Instead of traditional action gameplay, it’s built around roguelike runs where players grow stronger over time, unlock upgrades, and experiment with different team combinations. Like all games in the genre, it aims to deliver that one more run vibe that fans have come to know and love. Each run is designed to play out differently, with permanent character progression encouraging players to continue strengthening their favorite My Hero Academia fighters between missions. Other confirmed features, at a glance, include:
- Fast-paced action combat centered around each My Hero Academia character’s Quirk.
- Three-character squad building featuring both heroes and villains.
- Ultimate attacks and combo abilities that let teammates work together.
- Roguelile progression with different upgrades and builds every run.
- Original game-exclusive story content alongside material inspired by the anime.
The launch roster already includes several fan favorites from across the series. Confirmed playable characters so far include Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, Ochaco Uraraka, Tenya Iida, Shoto Todoroki, Tsuyu Asui, and Himiko Toga, giving players a mix of heroic and villainous playstyles to experiment with. Since combat revolves around assembling three-character teams, finding powerful Quirk combinations appears to be one of the MHA game’s biggest hooks.
