All Ranks in Pokemon Champions

Pokemon Champions uses a ranked ladder with six tiers. Most tiers are divided into smaller divisions to track progress more closely. The ranking system in Pokemon Champions rewards consistency and the ability to adapt as opponents get tougher. Lower ranks are mostly for learning, while the higher ranks are where the most competitive matches happen.

Pokemon Champions: Which Pokemon Should You Recruit First?

Discover the top Pokemon to recruit first in Pokemon Champions, with a priority list and tier rankings based on meta potential and win rates in single and double battles.

All Ranks in Pokemon Champions Explained

Pokemon Champions All Ranks

Ranks in Pokemon Champions are divided into tiers named after different Poke Balls, giving each level a unique identity and making it easy for players to track their progress. The names also add to the excitement as players move up through the ranks, with the top rank reserved for the best players each season. This structure helps create a sense of achievement at every step, keeping the journey engaging for both new and experienced players.

Full List of Ranked Tiers

There are six main tiers, and most are split into four ranks (Rank 4 to Rank 1). Players start at the lowest tier and move up by winning matches. Players get rewards like Victory Points and Box storage as they rank up.

  • Beginner Tier — No rewards
  • Poke Ball Tier (Rank 4 to Rank 1) — No rewards
  • Great Ball Tier (Rank 4 to Rank 1) — 1000 VP, +5 storage
  • Ultra Ball Tier (Rank 4 to Rank 1) — 1000 VP, +5 storage
  • Master Ball Tier (Rank 4 to Rank 1) — 1000 VP, +10 storage
  • Champion Tier — No rewards

Each tier gets more competitive. Poke Ball is where most players start. Great Ball features stronger teams and opponents. Ultra Ball is for more advanced strategies, and Master Ball is for elite players with optimized teams.

Champion Tier is different from the others. It’s only for the top players each season and is usually based on leaderboard placement, not regular rank progression.

How Progression Works Between Ranks in Pokemon Champions

Players move up by winning matches and lose progress when they lose. It usually takes several wins to move from one sub-rank to the next. Winning fills up your progress bar for the current rank. As players collect wins, they get closer to ranking up. Sometimes, going on a winning streak can help advance more quickly, while a losing streak can set you back. If players find themselves losing a lot, try playing around with different team types.

Losing matches means lost progress on the current rank, and if players lose too many in a row, they might even drop back a sub-rank. This system keeps the competition intense and encourages players to keep improving.

Tip for Climbing Ranks Efficiently in Pokemon Champions

If players want to improve their rank quickly, focus on sticking with a well-balanced team instead of constantly changing your lineup. Consistency pays off, especially in the higher tiers where your opponents are less likely to make big mistakes. Practicing regularly, staying calm under pressure, and keeping a positive mindset are also key to reaching the top in Pokemon Champions.

Build a consistent team instead of changing strategies too often. Stability matters more than experimenting once you reach Ultra Ball and higher. A strong core team works better than switching things up, especially at the top ranks, where mistakes get punished.

The ranked system rewards players who are consistent and skilled over time. Each tier brings tougher opponents and higher stakes until only the most consistent players reach the top.
