Epic Games Store Users Have Until June 14 to Claim Surprise Extra Game for Free

Until June 14, Epic Games Store users can claim a game called Relaxing Simulator and keep it permanently for free. However, this giveaway is not part of the Epic Games Store’s official weekly free games program, making it easy for many users to overlook.

The Epic Games Store’s next free games have been confirmed as The Ouroboros King and Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks, but PC users will have to wait until June 11 for those giveaways to go live. In the meantime, there is another promotion currently available on the storefront. While it may not receive the same attention as those upcoming titles, it is still worth checking out.

Every Free Game Released On The Epic Games Store (June 2026)

Here’s a list of all the games that have been made free on the Epic Games Store. You have until June 11 to get the current free games.

Save 100% on Relaxing Simulator via Epic Games Store

Thanks to a limited-time giveaway from the developer, Relaxing Simulator will be free to keep for anyone who claims it on the Epic Games Store before June 14. Developed by indie studio Witte, Relaxing Simulator is normally priced at about $8 USD. It is described as a cozy simulation game with no specific story or set missions to follow. Instead, it offers a collection of beautiful locations, such as forests and islands, that players can explore in co-op or single-player modes. They can also adjust the weather in each location to their liking and uncover a few small secrets while exploring.

According to the developer, Relaxing Simulator is designed to help players unwind, making it an ideal choice “for anyone who needs a break or a cozy moment of calm.” With online multiplayer and cross-platform support, friends on different devices and platforms can join the same session and chat while listening to the soothing sounds of each environment or watching a beautiful sunset. Relaxing Simulator also seems like a perfect game for virtual dates, as some of its locations, like the snowy forests with firepits, make great spots for deep conversations.

Interestingly, Relaxing Simulator features a global leaderboard that tracks the players who have spent the most time in its exotic maps. Even better, it allows players to unlock up to 26 Epic Games Store achievements and earn 1,000 XP by completing optional tasks, such as visiting specific areas of the map or activating unique weather conditions like snow, thunder, or rain. According to developer Witte Studio, the game also includes a subtle, meme-inspired sense of humor that may give players a laugh from time to time, which fits well with its relaxing atmosphere.

Players looking to expand their libraries with more free PC games this June can also take advantage of the Epic Games Store’s official weekly giveaway. Right now, Rogue Waters and Songs of Conquest are free to keep for anyone who claims them before June 11 at 4:00 PM. Steam also has a few free-to-keep promotions available at the time of writing. For example, users can claim and permanently keep the award-winning narrative adventure Tell Me Why until the end of June.
