A brand-new leak has detailed an upcoming LEGO Star Wars set with over 6,000 pieces. The set, which is allegedly planned for release later this year, is nearly double the size of a previous LEGO version of an iconic Star Wars ship.
Star Wars has been an extremely popular LEGO theme for a very long time, which has been helped along by the numerous video games released over the years. Both the games and the physical bricks are hits with fans, which is why the collaboration has been so successful for so long. Even outside of the official offerings, fans will turn other sets into custom LEGO Star Wars sets, which is always cool to see.
LEGO Star Wars Executor Super Star Destroyer Leaked, With Over 6,000 Pieces

A recent leak was posted to Instagram by carter_bricks04, originating from a Brick Tap source. It was revealed that the 75457 Executor Super Star Destroyer is planned for release in October 2026 with a massive $799.99 price tag. The expensive LEGO set reportedly includes 6,130 pieces, so it will be pretty hefty. It comes with a Darth Vader minifigure, as well as the full cast of bounty hunters who appear on the deck of the Super Star Destroyer during Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, including Dengar, IG-88, Boba Fett, Bossk, Zuckuss, and 4-LOM. The leak also suggests that a smaller Imperial Star Destroyer will also be included on a black stand alongside the Executor.

It’s worth remembering that at this point in time, this is a leak of a planned LEGO Star Wars set for the future, so plans could still change between now and then. However, LEGO leaks do tend to be pretty reliable, especially this close to their alleged release window, even if it’s still worth taking with a grain of salt.
It’s cool to see LEGO take another swing at the Executor Super Star Destroyer. It previously released the 10221 Super Star Destroyer back in 2011, featuring 3,152 pieces. However, it has since been retired, so it would be great to see it available again with nearly double the LEGO pieces.
2027 is going to be huge for LEGO Star Wars. The franchise will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year, an enormous milestone. There have already been a bunch of LEGO Star Wars leaks for 2027, and it’s clear that fans have plenty to look forward to. Again, as with all leaks, it’s impossible to say whether all these plans will come to fruition, but as a starting point, things are definitely looking bright for next year.
