Overwatch has officially revealed the Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred crossover featuring five new skins: Mephisto Ramattra, Druid Mauga, Rogue Freja, Paladin Brigitte, and Warlock Lifeweaver. This Overwatch collaboration event celebrates the release of Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred on April 28.
The worlds of Sanctuary and Future Earth have crossed over several times in the past. Demon Hunter Sombra was available as a digital reward for BlizzCon 2018, Barbarian Zarya was introduced as part of the 2018 Blizzard World update, and Demon Orisa arrived during Halloween Terror 2019. Most recently, Overwatch ran a major crossover with Diablo 4 for Halloween Terror 2023 to celebrate the release of the grimdark ARPG, which introduced Lilith Moira, Inarius Pharah, Imperius Reinhardt, Gilded Hunter Sombra, and Azmodan Wrecking Ball.

All Overwatch x Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred Crossover Skins
Now, Diablo 4 is coming to Overwatch once more in celebration of the Lord of Hatred expansion. Overwatch x Hatred’s Reckoning runs from April 28 through May 18, during which players will be able to purchase five new skins inspired by several playable classes, including the Warlock from Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred, as well as Mephisto himself:
- Mephisto Ramattra
- Warlock Lifeweaver
- Druid Mauga
- Paladin Brigitte
- Rogue Freja
Beyond these brand-new skins, the premium cosmetics from the original Overwatch x Diablo 4 collaboration are returning as well. Lilith Moira, Inarius Pharah, Imperius Reinhardt, and Gilded Hunter Sombra will all be available once more individually, bundled with matching cosmetics, or all together in one mega bundle.
The Overwatch x Hatred’s Reckoning collaboration also brings back the original D4 crossover event challenges, giving fans another chance at earning the free rewards from 2023. Most of these challenges required the completion of the Trials of Sanctuary PvE Overwatch game mode, implying it may be returning as well, but the official announcement is unclear whether this will be the case. Regardless, the new Crab with a Knife Weapon Charm will be available via these challenges in whatever form they take.
Other Diablo 4-inspired skins from 2023, including Azmodan Wrecking Ball, originally available as a Twitch Drop, and shop or Battle Pass skins, like Cleric Lifeweaver, Necromancer Ramattra, or Nightfall Illari, do not seem to be included in this crossover.

Some additional Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred rewards are also available right now as part of the Overwatch Season 2 Twitch Drops. Players who watch two hours of any Twitch channel in the Overwatch category from now through May 10 will earn the brand-new Lilith Blade Weapon Charm, as well as the Wolf Pup Weapon Charm originally available during Halloween Terror 2023. Fans will also earn a Battle Pass Tier Skip along the way, and if they watch for an additional six hours (for a total of eight), they will get a free Common and Epic Loot Box. The original Diablo 4 collaboration skins can technically be found within Loot Boxes, so if gamers are blessed by the Mother of Sanctuary, perhaps they might luck out and pull one of these Legendary skins for free.
