June’s update for the GTA+ membership adds Grand Theft Auto 5‘s Story Mode to the subscription’s game library. One of the highest-grossing games of all time, Grand Theft Auto 5 ranks alongside Minecraft and Tetris among the best-selling video games ever made. The game typically costs about $30 to $40 USD, depending on the platform, but GTA+ members can now access it at no additional cost.
GTA+ is a subscription service for Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto Online. Its main benefits include monthly deposits of $500,000 in-game credits, along with free vehicles, discounts, and cosmetic items. Members also gain access to perks such as exclusive taxi services and complimentary CEO and VIP abilities. Beyond its in-game rewards, GTA+ also includes access to a rotating library of iconic Rockstar games. And that library has now expanded with the addition of Grand Theft Auto 5.

GTA 5 and the Ocelot Stromberg Added to GTA+
Announced on June 11, Grand Theft Auto 5 is now part of the GTA+ Games Library. The collection features several of Rockstar Games’ most notable titles, including the original Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy, L.A. Noire, and Bully. With this addition, subscribers to the $7.99-per-month GTA+ service can now access the story campaign of Grand Theft Auto 5 at no additional cost. The June GTA+ update also introduces the Ocelot Stromberg, a hybrid vehicle capable of operating both on land and underwater. GTA+ members can claim the vehicle for free through July 13 by visiting the Vinewood Car Club in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Rockstar also pointed out that players can transfer their Story Mode saves and GTA Online progress across supported platforms, making it easier to continue playing regardless of where they choose to access Grand Theft Auto 5.
The following is a list of all the games included with the GTA+ subscription service:
– Grand Theft Auto 5 (Story Mode)
– Grand Theft Auto Online
– Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition
– Grand Theft Auto 3: The Definitive Edition

With Grand Theft Auto 5 now included in GTA+, this may be an ideal opportunity for players to experience the game’s Story Mode ahead of the GTA franchise’s next major chapter, Grand Theft Auto 6. It’s also a good time for veterans to revisit San Andreas’ quests one last time before entering the next installment’s evolved Vice City map.
