Bethesda has unveiled a new release for Doom: The Dark Ages that gives fans a piece of the game’s history, featuring the Slayer’s demon-abolishing Atlan. Id Software’s Doom: The Dark Ages celebrated its first anniversary in May 2026, and now some lucky fans have the chance to add one of its iconic creations to their collections for $179.99 USD.
Before this latest release, Doom: The Dark Ages received its Revelations DLC on July 7, adding hours of fresh content and a couple of new weapons. Now, rather than expanding the gameplay, the developer is bringing a piece of the game into the real world. To be more precise, it is giving life to one of the largest and deadliest weapons in the entire demon-riddled universe of the Doom series: The Atlans.
Doom: The Dark Ages Gets Limited-Edition Atlan Statue
Officially released through the Bethesda Gear Shop, the new Doom: The Dark Ages Atlan statue is limited to just 500 units, with each statue including an official certificate of authenticity. Pre-orders are now open through Bethesda’s store, though the limited stock could sell out at any time. Atlans are gigantic mechs that, according to Doom‘s lore, stand as tall as a 30-story building. While players have seen them before and they were not introduced in The Dark Ages, Atlans are a key part of the game’s campaign, as it is the first installment in the Doom franchise to let players pilot one.
Scratch & Peek

The Atlan statue is manufactured by DPI Merch, an official Bethesda and id Software partner. Describing its latest release, the company said, “Doom: The Dark Ages Atlan Desktop Statue captures the likeness of its namesake battle mech in stunning detail.” The statue indeed features impressive detail, including iconic Atlan elements showcased in Doom: The Dark Ages, such as its horned helmet and shoulder-mounted cannons.
Fans who find the Atlan statue a bit pricey have another interesting option in Bethesda’s store at a lower cost. The “Doom: The Dark Ages Doom Slayer PVC Statue” is another upcoming diorama, priced at $109.99 (via Bethesda Gear). It features the Doom series’ iconic protagonist in his Void Skin gear, wielding the Super Shotgun and Shield Saw. It is worth noting that the Doom Slayer statue is not manufactured by DPI Merch and is instead being created by Dark Horse. According to Bethesda, the product is expected to ship sometime in October 2026.
A brand-new collectible isn’t the only new release Doom: The Dark Ages fans should be keeping an eye out for. Developer id Software has teased several new features for the latest entry in the series, including an all-new game mode coming to the Revelations DLC that focuses on “endless replayability of the combat loop.” If the team plans to continue supporting Doom: The Dark Ages with content updates like its previous ones, fans shouldn’t be surprised to see much more than just a new gameplay mode.
